Hello, I am Anita Kaul Ambardar,, the principal of Playway House School. We have introduced The 7 habit program, which also helps schools create a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. Therefore, it teaches students and staff the principles and practices of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, a book by Stephen R. Covey that provides a framework for personal and interpersonal effectiveness. Our program’s mission is to enable greatness in students, staff, and schools. By implementing this program in our school, we have seen remarkable changes in our students’ academic performance, behavior, confidence, and leadership skills. They have learned how to be proactive, set goals, prioritize tasks, collaborate with others, communicate effectively, listen empathetically, and seek continuous improvement. We have also seen improvements in our staff’s collaboration, engagement, and morale. They have learned how to align their work with our school’s vision, values, and goals, and how to support each other and our students.
